SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipment (Orders within Switzerland):

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

  • During our promotion period we offer FREE SHIPPING on all inland orders.

Shipment processing time

  • Orders placed during weekdays will be processed the next day after the order confirmation. 

  • Orders Placed on Saturday - Sunday will be processed on Monday excluding holidays.  

  • If items become out of stock we will immediately contact you about backorder inquiries. 

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

  • Grove is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

  • Grove is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

International Shipment:

  • Shipping cost  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Out of state orders estimate 3-7 days after processing.

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​
  • Our objective is to please every customer and provide top of the line customer service.

  • We gladly accept returns and replacements on items that are in original condition, unwashed, unworn, defective and free from dirt and odor within 30 days of delivery date for a full refund or exchange. 

  • Grove, reserves the right to deny any claim on merchandise that does not meet return policy requirements.  

  • Please allow for 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.​
