Domestic Shipment (Orders within Switzerland):

During our promotion period we offer FREE SHIPPING on all inland orders.
Shipment processing time

Orders placed during weekdays will be processed the next day after the order confirmation.

Orders Placed on Saturday - Sunday will be processed on Monday excluding holidays.

If items become out of stock we will immediately contact you about backorder inquiries.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes

Grove is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages

Grove is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
International Shipment:

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We gladly accept returns and replacements on items that are in original condition, unwashed, unworn, defective and free from dirt and odor within 30 days of delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
